November Captains corner: Ladies
Dear wonderful ladies
I just want to thank each and everyone that came out in their numbers to volunteer at our BAKgat race, you are awesome and your contribution is much appreciated.
The new running season has kicked off with a bang with loads of races and everyone starting their new challenges. Congratulations to everyone who did PB's or achieved podium positions. The October results of the Captains challenge will be available soon and we are impressed by the numbers.
I formally want to invite all the BAK ladies and friends to our latest Ladies event that will take place on 15 November 2019. It will be a fun Knit-a-Thon. I want to encourage everyone to come and take part or just to come and relax with us. This year has been so busy and we would like to just relax and contribute to a great cause. All items will go to Tygerbear. It will be a perfect opportunity to mingle with your fellow BAK members and meet new people and maybe learn a new skill. I will send out all the invites and information again this week. Please send your RSVP to me before 12 November 2019.

The ladies run is also going well and we will be starting at 06:00 on Sunday mornings for the remaining few weeks this year. Please come and join us for a nice relaxing run.
I am very proud of all you ladies, this has been a big year with loads of achievements. Good luck with your training and the races you participate in this month. May you have a wonderful time on the road.
To all the wonderful ladies that have birthdays this month, may God bless you in abundance and may you have a fantastic new life year, filled with much joy, happiness and good health.
Let's make these last 2 months something to remember, go ladies go!!!!! I believe in all of you and you can do anything that you set your mind to.
