- All Covid regulations will apply on the evening of the AGM.

- 2019 and 2020 Finansiële state is op aanvraag beskikbaar.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bellville Athletics Club (Road and Cross Country Division) will be held on Thursday, 06 May 2021 at 19h30 at the Bellville Athletics Club clubhouse, Danie Uys Park, Bellville.
- The final agenda will be sent out closer to the time.
- 2019 and 2020 Financial statements available on request.
- Nominations for any committee positions must be received by 30 April 2021. Please email your nominations to bellvilleac@gmail.com
